For over 25 years customers have depended on our QC products for accuracy and reliability of their diagnostics results. As an independent or “third party” manufacturer of control materials, the customers have the added assurance of an impartial source of assessment of their diagnostics device. The foundation of our business is based on the rigorous adherence to quality standards and compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements including the latest international directives for standards.


Customer Service & Technical Support

When it comes to customer service at More Diagnostics, we believe there is no substitute for personal attention. While most of the businesses today rely on technology, when you call us a person will answer the phone and your concern will become ours. The More Diagnostics technical support staff is available live from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Pacific Standard Time at (800)758-0978 or email to support@morediagnostics.com. In addition, we have 24/7 answering service available to capture your message and someone will promptly contact you for follow up to resolve any of our Quality Controls related issues. If the source of the problem appears to be outside our area of jurisdiction, we work closely with the assay developer and/or the instrument manufacturer to jointly find a solution.


Documentation

More Diagnostics makes available online the full range of documentation required by the users. This assures that the latest and most accurate information is used to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

- Instructions for Use (IFU) - The IFU documents are available in multiple languages using the convenient pull-down menus located on the specific product page.

- Certificate of Analysis (COA) documents - include the actual test results performed on the product verifying the adherence to the product specifications.
